About Me Coldwell Banker Northern California
Orinda Office

I am a native Californian, having grown up in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. After graduating from UC Berkeley, where I received a BA in Sociology and a California Teaching Credential, I started teaching elementary school in the Orinda Union School District. After eleven years of teaching, I went to graduate school at John F. Kennedy University and earned a Master's Degree in Psychology and Family Counseling.
My goal in real estate transactions is to earn my clients' respect and appreciation in every transaction. In selling a home, I bring creativity and craftsmanship to each property and develop an individual marketing plan that focuses on the strengths of each, resulting in a quicker, more lucrative sale for each seller.

As I work with buyers, I listen to them, asking them questions to help them reflect on their current lifestyle, clarify their desires and visualize their life in a particular home or neighborhood, keeping their expectations on course. Whether it's a first-time home buyer, a scale-down buyer or a relocation, things go much easier as we work together in this manner.

Since early 2000, one of my great joys has been to mentor new colleagues, inspiring them to utilize the same VIP approach through teaching Buffini & Company's "100 Days to Greatness." In addition, I am also the director of training and management assistant at the Orinda Coldwell Banker office.
